A three-tier redressal mechanism (GRO, AA, FAA) ensures accountability with unique reference IDs, SMS updates, and 100% feedback-driven monitoring. Additionally, e-District services were integrated with 7,000 CSC centres, offering 75 government services—including income, caste, residence, birth, and death certificates—at just ₹30 each. A secure, cloud-based EWS/DG/CWSN admission portal with Aadhaar verification and digital document verification prevents duplication and malpractice, ensuring transparency. Roads undergo technical assessment, base strengthening, drainage arrangements, and uniform carpeting for long-term durability. This approach significantly reduces dust and air pollution caused by damaged surfaces, prevents waterlogging, and ensures pothole-free travel.
